MAGISTRATE'S COURT, OPHIR.
Thursday October 27th 1904. (Before J. M'Ennis, Esq., S.M*)
John Keid was charged with disobeying an order of the Dunedin Oourt to provide for the maintenance of his two children, who are inmates of St Mary's Home. Nelson, The arrears amounted to Ll3 12s.
After hearing evidence, His Worship said he would adjourn the case till next Court day (Nov. 24th) to give defendant an opportunity to pay up the arrears.
