Undaunted G M Co., surrender absolute, S.A.C., 194B—Accepted. Francis Lee, residence site, one acre Blacks Plat.—Adjourned. Wm. Leask, application to register sections.—Eegistered accordingly. Plaints. J Armstrong v, P Harrington, forfeiture of water race.—License cancelled by consent of deiendant. Jas Neville v. J Black, jr., forfeiture of water race.—Struck out at request of plaintiff.
