Football Notes.

The Limerick and Clyde football teams met at Bald Hill Flat last Saturday, when the former won by 4pts to 3pts. The Clyde boys defeated the Alexandra boys by 18pts to 3pts, at Clyde last Saturday, The following team will represent Alexandra in the match against Cromwell, to be played at Cromwell on Saturday next .-—Full back W. King ; three-quarters—H. Kitto, W. Mason, B. Maitland ; five-eighth—J. Richardson ; halves—E. Sontaug, B. Cameron ; forwards—-Morgan, Todd, King, Riley, Jackson, Bruce. R. Kitto, and Wheeler. The match between the Alexandra and Cromwell teams on Saturday next, should prove interesting to spectators. Representatives of both these teams showed excellent form at the tournament, and as we are given to understand, that each of these clubs will have the beat team obtainable on the field on that date, an exciting contest should ensue.
