New York, Jan. 27. Jt cable to the "Journal" from Vienna says:—" DieZeit," whose information is confirmed from other sbuices, to-day reports that the Czar,i while walking in the Park at Lavidia recently, was accosted by a Polish ballet girl named Kre izc'iinkaja, whom .the Czar favoured years ago. The girl evaded the guards, and, reaching the Czar's side, according to the paper, demanded compensation from His Majesty for his desertion of her. The Czar ordered her expulsion from the park, but the girl resisted, and her angry cries were heard by the Czarina. The Czar, " Die Ziet" says, had a bad day indoors.
