HOW TO KEEP HEALTHY.
Debility is a state which is generally caused by a combination of nervous exhaustion, indigestion, deranged liver and constipation. This is brought about by the system being '•run down." The functions of the body are irregular and weak, the waste matter is not carried off properly, the blood becomes poor and the complexion sallow. The whole system in cases like this needs " toning up." The diet must be regulated and a remedy must be taken that will put the digestive organs in thorough working order.
