NORTH ATLANTIC POWERS

ANOTHER MEETING PLANNED (Rec. 10.45) WASHINGTON, Mar. 1. The Secretary of State, Mr Dean Acheson, said to-day that a further meeting of Foreigh Ministers of' the United States, Britain and France might be necessary this spring. He said the Western Foreign Ministers were studying means of strengthening political and economic co-opera-tion of the North Atlantic Power-s. Mr Acheson gave no indication what subjects would be discussed. He made the statement in response to, requests for comment on a report from Paris that' such a conference was under consideration with a view to framing a common policy for the Far East.
