RACEHORSE TRAINER GUILTY
INTOXICATED IN CHARGE OF TRUCK (P.A.) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 27. After a retirement of little more than 30 minutes, a jury in the Supreme Court at . Invercargill to-day found Gordon Windsor Pankhurst, aged 34, a racehorse trainer, guilty of being in charge of a motor-truck while intoxicated and by some act or omission causing injury to Allison Crawford McCrostie. Mr Justice Kennedy remanded Pankhurst in custody Until 10 a.m. to-morrow when he will appear for sentence. On November 12 a truck Pankhurst was driving hit a bicycle ridden by Miss McCrostie, a mirse employed at the Ke'tv Hospital .
