MERCHANT TONNAGE RESTORED LONDON, February 27. Britain’s merchant shipping fleet has iioav been restored to its pre-war strength, says the “Daily Mail.” The Avar-time loss of more than 3,500,000 gross tons has been made good in four years and a. half.
