DEATH ANNOUNCED
. v SIR HARRY LAUDER (Rbc. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 26. The death has occurred of Sir Harry Lauder. Sir Harry was born at Portobello on August 4, 1870. He had a varied career, being first a mill-boy in a flaxspinning mill at Arbroath. Then he became a miner and later went on the stage at Arbroath. It was the start of a career which made him famous. He was knighted in 1919.
