Willowby Red Cross

A meeting of the Willowby Red Cross was held in the school recently. It was decided to send a letter of congratulation to Miss Margaret Keen, who has passed her maternity examinations with honours. A gift was also sent to Miss Nancy Chalmers, who is in hospital. It was reported that two parcels had been dispatched to England and that a parcel of material was sent to the theraphy department at the Ashburton Hospital. Arrangements were made for the annual meeting to be held on March 16. Miss R. H. Lill presided.
