Acoupie of shooting stars! (or Big shots at the shoot) Tim and Ru, our two merry marksmen, are shooting off to have a ‘crack' at the Rifle Championships. They are ‘fired' with enthusiasm at the thought of becoming big ‘hits’ and have even packed their best shoots (sorry suits) in case they,'sight' a ‘miss'.- Major Burr-Cantlehas ‘aim'-iably offered to ar-‘range’ for a bountiful supply of ammunition (ah, glorious Timaru) and with this in ‘stock' our modem musketeers are confident of making their ‘mark' in the shoot. With a little luck and a few shots of Timaru's revivifying rifleman’s refresher between shots, Tim and Ru feel that they can safely carry the thirst prize out of arm's (sorry harm’s) way—for as every sharpshooter knows, there's nothing like a few ‘rounds’ of Timaru to make you feel at home on the range. Tim: I’ve only got two rounds left. Ru ; Never mind have a round of Timaru instead. Tim: I’d rather have a ‘barrel’. , - Ru: ‘Butt’ definitely. ;'' . . Tim; Well, as Shakespeare said as he passed his glass for another Timaru, ‘Once more unto the breach’. Ru: Yes here’s down the shoot, ( sorry chute.) Tim; Ah! Glorious Timaru ’tis a wonderful ‘sight’ to every sharpshooter. TIMARU THE FRIENDLIEST DRINK IN THE WORLD Brewed and Bottled with loving care in Timaru. 71
