Racing Cyclist to Enter Church.— Russell Mockridge, a champion Australian cyclist, who won the 1000 metres time trial and the 1000 metres sprint at the Empire Games in Auckland, will abandon racing to enter the Church of England. Mockridge, who is a compositor, will soon begin a B.A. arts course at Melbourne University, and he will then take a three years’ theology course.
