TINWALD CLUB 12-MILE ROAD RACE ' The following are the handicaps for the Tinwald Cycling Club’s road race to be held on Saturday in conjunction with the Tinwald War Memorial “Variety Fair.” The race is over a distance of 12 miles and is timed to start at 1.45 p.m., outside the Tinwald Domain: Scr: J.
