OUTLOOK FAIR (P.A.) WELLINGTON, .This Day. The Government Meteorologist, at noon to-day, issued the following statement regarding the weather: General situation: A ridge of high pressure is over north and central New Zealand and a depression is passing to the south. The forecast for the east coast of the South Island from Blenheim to Oamaru to 5 p.m. to-morrow is as follows: Light to moderate variable winds; weather fine, with warm day temperatures. Outlook: Fair. SUN, MOON AND TIDES Sun rose to-day, 6.04 a.m.; sets, 7.25 p.m. Sun rises to-morrow, (5.05 a.m.; sets, 7.23 p.m. First Quarter, February 25, 1.52 p.m. Full moon, March 4, 10.34 p.m. Last Quarter, March 11, 2.38 p.m. New Moon, March 19, 3.20 a.m. High tide on the County coast to morrow, 10.26 a.m. and 10.49 p.m.
