CHINESE INTERFERENCE TO BE'RESISTED SINGAPORE, Feb. 21. The .Communist Government in China would not be permitted to interfere in the affairs of Singapore, or to spread propaganda by any means., against the lawful authority Of the Singapore Government, said Sir Patrick McKerron, Officer Administering the Singapore Government, to-day, at the opening of trie Singapore Legislative Council.

“Our policy is to assume that normal and old-established trading relations, for the mutual benefit of both, but with no interference with each other’s domestic affairs, will be resumed between China and Malaya,” Sir Patrick McKerron added.
