DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN NEPAL AND INDIA NEW DELHI, Feb. 17. The Prime Minister of Nepal, Maharapa Jung Bahadur, arrived in New Delhi to-day to discuss the Communist Chinese threat to Tibet. Nepal adjoins Tibet. The Maharaja will also discuss a treaty of friendship and commerce with India.
