faibtojj gathering The Fairton Women’s Institute is holding a series of successful card evenings, and at the one held on Thursday evening, those present honoured a very old and valuable member Mrs J. Willis, who had the day before celebrated her golden wedding. Mrs H. Jamison (president) presented Mrs J- Willis with a beautiful sheaf of white gladiolis amid cheers and good wishes from all present Aftei musical honours, Mrs Willis feelingly Prize winners during the evening were Misses. H. MaclCay (ladies) and Mr R. Moore (men). Supper was served by the ladies.
