Mr W. Strath, an under-secretary in the United Kingdom Central Economic Planning Staff, will arrive in New Zealand to-day for discussions in Wellington with officials concerned with economic affairs. The visif, of a routine nature, arises from an understanding between the Commonwealth Prime Ministers that such visits were useful in improving and extending methods of consultation between the Commonwealth Governments. Mr Strath is accompanied by Mr V. C. Martin, of the United Kingdom Commonwealth Relations Office. —P.A.
