Car Fired on in London. —The Director of Naval Intelligence (Rear-Ad-miral Eric Longley-Cook) reported to the police that while driving his car in a London suburb yesterday shots were fired from another car. Two holes appeared in his windscreen, but he was not injured. Detectives who examined the car decided the cracks in the windscreen were not caused by bullets.
