CHINESE WARNED
LOSS OF FRENCH LIVES AND PROPERTY (Rec. 10 a.m.) PARIS, Feb. 13. France has warned Chinese Nationalists that they will be held responsible for the loss of French lives and property resulting from Nationalist air attacks in Communist China. The French Foreign Office, in announcing this to-day, said the Chinese Nationalist Air Force had just systematically bombed Shanghai districts in which there were many French cultural establishments, hospitals and industrial plants, none of which was of military interest.
