RAILWAY LINE BUCKLED. HOLIDAY-MAKERS DELAYED. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, August 8. The hottest week-end for four years buckled the Portland-Weymouth railway line, holding up crowded traffic for two hours. Hundreds of holidaymakers were forced to detrain and board ’buses. A similar happening is not known in Britain.
