INFANTILE PARALYSIS.

SIX CASES PROVE FATAL. (United Press Association—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, August 6. Sixteen cases of infantile paralysis reported this week bring the total to 58 cases, six of which have been fatal. Cases are now occurring in all suburbs, and schools are being closed as they appear. One case was reported in the country, 45 miles from Melbourne. Country residents are appealing to the authorities to prevent children from being allowed to travel from the affected areas.
