The dangerous Sino-Japanese tension continues, but the troops sent north by the Chinese Central Government and the Japanese forces there have not yet come to grips. . The principal military leaders m China are gathering at Nanking for an exchange of views with the Prime Minister and the President of the Executive Council (Marshal Ghiang Kai-Shek). Parliament will meet next Monday to pass Rills dealing with the state of emergency.
