After forcing Civil Servants to marry early, the Finance Ministry is introducing a law increasing the salaries of married officials, also extension of the grants for large families. The industrial recovery is causing a shortage of candidates for the Civil Service, which is being met by lowering the educational standard. After having driven them out to make jobs for men, the Labour Ministry is considering readmitting women to industry.
