LODGE MEETING.

SUCCESS OF ASHBURTON, U.A.O.D. The Success of Ashburton Lodge, U.A.0.D., held its fortnightly meeting on Alondav evening, the A.D. (Sister F. Collett) presiding over a large attendance. The bards’ report was received, and sick pay was passed for payment. ; At the close of the meeting a teams ritual competition was conducted by the Royal Arch Chapter. The winning team was the Timaru Lodge, with the Success of Ashburton second. The A.D. of the Timaru Lodge was presented with the W. Christmas Shield and congratulated on his success. The visitors included officers of the Grand Lodge and brothers of the Timaru, Temuka. and Star of Ashburton lodges, who also took part in the competition.
