ARREST FOR PRAISING BROTHER (United Press .Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) RERUN, July 26. Herr Wilhelm Niemoller '(pastor of St. Anne’s Church, Dahlen) has been released. He bad been arrested by secret p-olioe for praising, and appealing for support for, his brother, Dr. Martin Niemoller, leader of the Confessional movement against ratification of the Evangelical Church, who was arrested three weeks ago.
