LABOURf MEMBERS DO NOT VOTE. INDEPENDENTS FORCE DIVISION. (United Press Association—Copyright./ (Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. In view of the Labour Parliamentarians’ decision not to oppose defence estimates, exceptional interest was taken in the House of Commons in the vote on the Navy Estimates. Four members of the Independent Labour Party challenged the division, during which the Labour benches remained almost-filiad .with members 11 °t voting. - The Estimates were carried by 326 votes to 9 and tlie Army and Air Estimates similarly.
