General O'Moore Creagh, in an article in the "Weekly Despatch," says:—"At the worst, t'too war will last, two years longer, and at. the best ie will terminate early next' autumn. If we wish to end the war in 1917, we mustn't slacken our efforts to keep Russia well provided with guns and shells."
