IRISH RECRUITING.

LONDON, October 6. It is believed that Mr Redmond will declare against conscription being imposed upon Ireland, but it is not improbable that a national recruiting scheme wilL bo suggested to maintain the strength of the Irish regiments. Tho Kerry County Council passed a resolution warning the Government that tho enforcement of conscription would result in turmoil and bloodshed.
