The "Hestia" states that King Constantino ha 9 dismissed tho Cabinet because tho majority of the members war. Tho King ahowed great reserve in discussing intervention, declaring that the reconstitution of the army • was essential before deciding to go to war. He called the: Cabinet's . proposal "audacious."
