Civil Cases. .Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases: — -" National Mortgage and Agency Co., Ltd. v. Henry Thomas Pithie, claim for £188 ss, eosis £7 19s; John Orr and Co. v. William Powell, claim for • £4 9s 6d, costs 7s.
