The monthly meeting of thG Mount! Somers Road Board was hold on Mon-1 day. Present:—Messrs W. R. Turton (chairman), W. Lambie, W. T. Smith, and J. W. Comyns. Mr Hutt sent an! apology for his absence. . The members reports were reecivou. Mr Smith roportert that the protective works on Bowyer's Stream at Burgess Crossing had broken away again, and Mr Lambie reported that tho Potts Rivor had broken over the road at Ross Cutting, and was making over the flats into tho Rangitata River.
