Sunday School Anniversary
Tho "Anama .Sunday School Anniversary .services were hold last Sunday in thci Schoolroom. Although tho day was dam]), tho attendance of scholars and parents was very good. rFho Rev. A. N. Scotter, 8.A., of Sydonham, conducted tho';services both afternoon and evening.
In'tho afternoon Mr Scotter gave a very interesting and iiLstructive addro"on tho lessons to bo learned from tho (tresses on the .Flaps.,of St.' George, St. Andrew, and St. Patrick/ which comprise the Union Jack. In the evening ho'spoko from Matt. 18: 2 3 placing great stress upon tho value of tho child in \he world to-day. The collections at. both «.prviocfi wore for iho benefit of the school funds. 'Hie hymns nnd lessons wre suitable froi tho occasion. MNs Croonslado ably presi<U'd i\{ tho organ. Social Club. The clo'.iiirr mooting of tho Anama Social Club look the form of n social fiven by the mariiod people. Mr W. lionnett" was to tha chair, and Ukmv was n good attendance, the school boin-i woll filled.
