ANAMA ROAD BOARD.

A meeting of Anama Road Board was held at Hekcao on Monday last." Present.—Messrs W. Nosworthy", M.P. (chairman),W.- E. Jones^ F. Pawson, and A. Harvoy,> senr. The clerk, in his report, stated that Cavendish 'Road formation was not,fit to spread metal on and that a storm water crossing would have to bo made. —It was resolved to give the contractor notice, in terms of the contract, thnt the- board will (after expiration of three days) proceed to complete the work and deduct the cost from the amount of the contract. !
