McNab, Minister of Marine, states that the position of the Aurora is that the British Goywnmen has 'decided to find half the cost of fitting out the vessel, tho Australian -and Now Zealand . Governments making up the balance. Ib has been decided that Captain Davis, who accompanied Captain Scott on bis last voyage, shall command' the reliof. expedition. ,-
