CAPTURE OF -LES BCEUFS

vSir Douglas Haig reports:— AYe progressed during tho night between Klers and Lesara, and made 10 successful raids between Ypres and Neuvo Chapejle. Aftei 1 heavy shelling round GueuUecourt, we drove the Germans out of ground they were holding near the Stuff Redoubt. , AYe increased our gains at the Schwabcn Redoubt, a minute portion of which remains untaken. AYe captured a German army order, dated September 21, which emphasises the,importance, of Les !Bceufs, which is described as "the last protection of tho artilkyy, which must under no circumstances 'be lost:" ' We; captured Lcs Bosufs a, fuw days later.
