OPENING OF REICHSTAG.

The fieichstag was crowded on tho occasion of the opening of the session. All. the diplomatists-were .present.
Dr Kaempf, in opening' tho. Reichstag, declared that from the military, economic, and the political aspects the was was at its zenith. There was a violent struggle on all fronts for a decision. Germany's position was satisfactory in every respect. He referred to the Deutschland and Bremen, and read the telegrams which had been exchanged with the Kaiser at the beginning of the third year of war. Dr yon 'Bethmann-Hollweg then spoke, amidst unbroken attention.
