LONDON, September 28

■ Tho King reviewed the Australians and New Zealaudors on Salisbury i'lain.

They formed the largest body of Australasians that ever paraded in England. Despite the secrecy associated with tho King's movements, largo crowds of spectators awaited the arrival of tho Royal train at Buiford. The King was accompanied by his Stuff, and inspected the guard of honour, after which ho proceeded to the parade ground, where thousands of troops were drawn up.

A gonend salute having been given, the King inspected the wounded men. His Majesty inquired' as to their comfort, and assured himself that they were- lacking for nothing.

Tho forces included complete units of Infautdy, Artillery, the Light Horse, Divisional Artillery, and Engineers. They marched evenly, their bearing equalling that of veterans. Imperial officers were greatly impressed.

Tho King saluted every officer punctiliously while the'r respective companies were passing, onquiring as to the identity of every company.

At the c.oncl'i.Ki'on of the review his Majesty desired to speak to the officers, and 50 were presented to him.

The King, before leaving, expressed his pleasure at inspecting such a largo body of Australia's and New Zealand's best men.
