Tho nifces on six months' Treasury bills havo Iktui reduced from 5| per cent., aud 12 months' billr; from 6 to 5\ per cent., the same as three months' bills.
The Bank of England announces that it will not receive further applications for 5 per pent. Exchequer bonds falling due in 1919, but will nmkn a new issuo of bonds shortly.: It is nffWally stated that these bond?, will hear interest at tho rato of G per cent., and havo a currency of three years.
