COPENHAGEN, September 27. __-Tho " Vbrwawts" stated that the •indignation ■ of the working classes at the high rate of army officers' pay compelled the Kai&orto issue his proclamation reducing thoir pay. The reduction has provoked the greatest anger hi the army. .
A message received yesterday said that by aoi Imperial decree the pay of all German officers i.s to be decreased from October. The Minister of War and Commander-in-Chief lose £50 per month, genoralw £37 10s, and divisJos^al commanders £7 10s.
