It is reported chat Britain is making on effort to secure the release of steamers in IluHsian and Finnish harbours. In Petrograd alone there aro British vessels of a tonnage of 500,090 held up. It is difficult to obtain. Swedish crows, and an endeavour is being made to secure Finnish crews.
