(Received September 23, 2.10 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, September 22. Colonel Gaedke, the German military writer, says:—" Wo have gone through terrible days. Germany's wall of defence tottered more than once, but, thank God! it did not collapse, and our enemies have not achieved decisive results."
