SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS

PARIS, September 21. A communique states:— Bad weather continues to restrict the Somme operations. Our two operations during the evening, on the right bank of the Mcuse, were brilliantly successful south-east of Thiamont work. We advanced our lino 100 metres before Apremont Forest.
