A Russian' communique states:—
The enemy's offensive on the KovelRovno railway was everywhere repulsed. We captured a position on the Panther Mountain, in the Carpathians, and dislodged tko guards ?roiT» a mountain, ridge south-oast of Mush, during fogs and fierce sawirst-orms.
