* CHRISTCHURCH, Sep£. 19. Colonel Chaffey, officer commanding tho Canterbury military district, announced yesterday that for the Twentyfirst Reinforcements, leaving for the training camp this week, the whole of the quota is full, but the West Coast quota is about 70 short. The position, in-regard to the Coast is that the district has not many eligible men.
