AMERICAN CONTRACTS WITH GERMANS.
SO ITS TO ENFORCE FULFILMENT

NEW YORK, September 18. A wireless despatch from Berlin, printed in' the " World," says that large American importing houses having contracts to take German manufactured goods, have been served ivith notices that the Germans intend filing suits to enforce fulfilment of the contracts. The ■Germans say. the contracts must be fulfilled, -."despite the blockade.
It is • stated that one Now York firm: has German goods worth 500,000 .dollars lying-at-Rotterdam.
