(Received September 18, 10.55 a.m.) BERNE, September 17. A wireless from Budapest advises that Count Tiaza has given the Opposition re-assuring promises that the ■Roumanians will be driven out of Transylvania, Austria's allies having decided to devote every spare infill to crush Romnania.
