Tho "Daily Mail" correspondent ■("tho Man who Dined with the Kaiser"), who is visiting Holland, states that Baron yon Wangenheim, a brother of the*l late Ambassador to Turkey, wearing a flunkey's livery, is spying as a hall-porter at the Hotel dcs Indies, which is the most aristocratic hotel in Holland,, close to the Paiacc at The Hague.
