A meeting convened by the Mayor was held last night to take into consideration matters relating to the harbor, and was largely attended. Waier»ii*nt». Patba, March 2. Three wafcersptfuts were seen in tho offing about a quarter to eight this morning. One struck the land near the south end of the town and took a north-easterly course, doing considerable damage.
