(Received March 2, 10.40 a.m.) London; March 1. £2000 more has been cabled for the Queensland Relief Fund. (Receivsct March 1, 12.15 p.m.) Brisbane, March 2. The relief fund has reached £30,000.
Wellington, March 2. The Wellington City Council fund amounts to £268.
At a meeting on Wednesday, of the Titnaru Queensland Relief Fund cony mitfcee, it was reported (hat the sum of £370 lls 5d had been lodged in cash in the Bank, and that contributions in flour, wheat, etc., had been received amounting to £30 10s, total, £409 la sd. It was decided to cable £370 to Brisbane forthwith. A meeting of the Christeburch Executive of the Queensland Relief Fund to-day reported that probably £1000 would be raised, and resolved to cable £250 to the mayor of Brisbane at once, and expand the balance in the purchase of produce, clothing, etc
